Dual Power Approach:

MR Click employs separate processors for clicks and crackles due to their distinct characteristics:

• Clicks: These sudden, large disturbances are often caused by scratches or digital splices. MR Click automatically detects them and reconstructs the surrounding audio for a seamless fix.
• Crackles: High-frequency noise, typically from dust or wear, is what gives vinyl its signature “crackle.” MR Click intelligently identifies and smooths these imperfections, preserving the warmth of vinyl without unwanted noise.

Smart Onset Detection:

The crackle processor goes a step further: it includes an onset detector to avoid interfering with the natural attack of instruments like snares and cymbals.

Visualize and Refine:

MR Click’s scrolling time display showcases all detected clicks and crackles, allowing you to fine-tune the detection thresholds for optimal results. You can even use the monitor feature to isolate and hear the removed noise for precise adjustments.
